cooped up

Lots of moms have been telling me lately that their kids have been going absolutley mad house and mine are no exception. Its been so cold out lately and dark so they get all up in eachothers grills so to speak. Mine can start fighting the second they wake up about the most mindless @#$!. Its a good thing that they are so cute and otherwise really good kids. Its that fun sibling thing WI guess. Outside of that things are busy and wonderful. I have a ring to make for a performance artist in Manhatten and 2 pairs of leather, bead and fur baby booties to make for someone so that is super exciting. The recording studio is uber busy because one of the musical directors of Saturday Night Live is coming on Monday for who knows how long. I have been moving boxes, shifting piles and measuring out wire all week, The man has to re wire the whole studio. Life is going at a crazy pace but seemingly in the right direction. Tomorrow we will go over to Sean's sister's house to have dinner with her family which will be fun and the the rest of the weekend.......who the hell knows!

new year

Wow, it seems like life became obscenely busy, anyone else with me on that? We have had a amazing time this past couple monthes. Sean's mom came up for thanksgiving which was nice. We got to spend alot of good time with his sister's family and have kept it up which has been wonderful!. We made it through the christmas haze, spent new years with Asia, Jon, juniper, Kelly+Bill and Sara. We just had alittle buffet of food and then we all went out and had a fire. This was the first yr I can remember where fireworks have been legal in city limits and let me tell you everyone took full advantage of it. We just had some sparklers but boy did all those girls LOVE it. We also chopped up th xmas tree and threw it in the fire which is so much fun to see, the girls all took turns throwing peices of it into the fire. Our friend Aaron also came over with his 3 kids. It was just the best time. I hope everyone else had fun too. I have cut down my days at the studio to tuedays and thursdays which makes me much happier. I feel like I'm nolonger drowning when I get home under a pile of housework yet to be done. Over all things are headed in the right direction I believe, we are gaining daylight, loving life, getting closer with family and not in a complete state of maonetary panic so what more can you ask for.
