new year

Wow, it seems like life became obscenely busy, anyone else with me on that? We have had a amazing time this past couple monthes. Sean's mom came up for thanksgiving which was nice. We got to spend alot of good time with his sister's family and have kept it up which has been wonderful!. We made it through the christmas haze, spent new years with Asia, Jon, juniper, Kelly+Bill and Sara. We just had alittle buffet of food and then we all went out and had a fire. This was the first yr I can remember where fireworks have been legal in city limits and let me tell you everyone took full advantage of it. We just had some sparklers but boy did all those girls LOVE it. We also chopped up th xmas tree and threw it in the fire which is so much fun to see, the girls all took turns throwing peices of it into the fire. Our friend Aaron also came over with his 3 kids. It was just the best time. I hope everyone else had fun too. I have cut down my days at the studio to tuedays and thursdays which makes me much happier. I feel like I'm nolonger drowning when I get home under a pile of housework yet to be done. Over all things are headed in the right direction I believe, we are gaining daylight, loving life, getting closer with family and not in a complete state of maonetary panic so what more can you ask for. yes I know its been awhile but trust me things are BEAUTIFUL, just busy as hell. I will get it together soon and actually sit down and post something substantial soon. For realsies! Love love and sunshine to you all.

Things are different and things are the same. This summer has been all clouds and rain, barely any blue sky since May. We registered Denali and Sandia for elementary school, Elsie for preshool. Denali lost her first 2 lower front teeth. Its adorable and she smiles all the time to show it off. Drama at my work has been petty , inane and fully fueled by estrogen. Curse working with only women! Sean and I got to take a much needed alone time camping trip to Seward. We were in his old tent and the all of our stuff ended up wet but we didn't care, we were like giddy school kids first in love again. It makes me realise how important time together without the kids really is. Reminds us how much we mean to each other, a glimpse of the person you love not stressed out over everyday shit. Thanks Asia for that. The girls stayed over night with her. Its friday today and we leave on monday for the east coast, I know it will be fun but there are still so many things running through my head that have me worried its amazing. Travelling just isn't the same when your packing 4 other people. When we come back we will be ushered straight into the begining of school and fall. Wow. Big love to you all.
